1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or accessing any Off Script product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Off Script is a brand operated by BAHMAD WEB LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the State of Texas. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Products and Services

Off Script sells digital products consisting of operational frameworks, strategic systems, and related documentation for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Each product is a downloadable digital asset delivered after payment confirmation. Products include, but are not limited to: strategic frameworks, decision trees, templates, prompt libraries, and operational guides.

3. License and Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted an unlimited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased product(s) for your own business operations. This means:

• You may use the materials for any number of your own brands or clients.
• You may adapt, modify, and build upon the frameworks for your own use.
• There is no limit on how many times or in how many contexts you may apply the materials.

4. Restrictions

Your license does not include the right to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the products in any form.
• Share access to purchased materials with individuals or entities who have not purchased a license.
• Republish or repackage the materials as a competing product or course.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All Off Script products, including all frameworks, systems, written content, and structural methodologies, are the intellectual property of BAHMAD WEB LLC. Purchase grants a usage license only — not ownership of the intellectual property itself.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Please review our Refund Policy for specific details on eligibility and how to request a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Off Script products are provided "as is." While our frameworks are built from real-world operational experience, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, or performance results. You acknowledge that:

• Results depend on your implementation, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
